Below is a transcript from the interview Det. Rick Frady conducted with Chas Schwartz on the morning of November 20, 2004, just hours after Anthony Madril had been killed. Schwartz describes two people--one who fights violently with Madril and one who confronts Lopez non-violently. The prosecution as well as the defense both acknowledge that the person Schwartz sees fighting Madril is Brad Orgill. The person confronting Chisum Lopez is Todd Newmiller.
